Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram or email. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking number to be sent.
Because Kiffkak is a young business- we, unfortunately, can’t afford returns or refunds at this stage. Please double-check that you have chosen the correct product option and/or t-shirt size (according to our guide) before ordering. We will package your order to the best of our ability to avoid damage that could be caused when the package is in transit. Unfortunately, once your order has been packed and shipped we cannot take responsibility for broken/lost goods, but we will try our very best to ensure your order arrives as kiff as it left.
